Bhima and Kishna are two brothers. Bhima is hardworking, simple and strong. Kishna is careless and mischievous and he takes the advantage of Bhima's strength. They have a brother, Vijay, who is an efficient Police Officer in the city.

Vijay is planning to buy a Tractor for the well being of his parents and brothers Kishna and Bhima, with high hopes and dreams, sell their mother's jewellery and come to the city.

In the colourful life of the city, Bhima loses his heart to a pickpocket girl Pipli while Kishna falls in love with a millionaire's daughter Geeta.

Shakti, who is to marry Geeta, cannot bear the intimacy of Kishna and Geeta and decides to finish the simple minded villagers and plays such a trick that puts the Tractor on fire in front of their eyes. Feeling their dream and hopes and mother's ornaments going into ashes they become mad and unknowingly commit such a mistake that their own brother Vijay, the Saviour of Law, arrests them and from here begins the fight against hatred, cunningness, crime, and smuggling which echos the saying "Hum Se Na Jeeta Koi".
